With plans in place for ongoing environmental management, Infoactiv's Sustainability team will manage all aspects of your tailored GreenScaping strategy.
Key components of the GreenScaping management programs include:
1. Program Management
- 1800 Centralized Helpdesk operations and independent expertise, Process Management, Tracking and Control
- Dedicated team for GreenScaping programs managing all customer program activity and supply chain operations
2. ‘Loginet’ Technology & Systems for all asset management, case management, customer liaison, tracking and operations, through to program management reporting
and carbon footprint measurement.
3. Customer Liaison, Scheduling and ongoing Process / Cost control
- Flexibility in Collection from sites (ability to choose BEST cost /
service / carbon methodology, utilising our ‘Quote & Go’ system)
- Cost control at job transaction level or case consolidation
- Process control point for registered and new users of the program, with advice regarding appropriate action & steps
4. End to End Logistics Provider for overall program management and responsibility
- Logistics management, including all customer collections/exchanges, carbon reduction processes, tracking of product, collection of weight / quantity information through to proof of delivery to recycle points
- Electronic Reverse Logistics processes
- Advance Shipping notices to recycle points for batch control, flagging of special customer processes and additional electronic links as required
- Exception (milestone) Management
- Check weighing
- SLA monitoring, supplier management and contingency, supplier selection and tracking
5. Recycling Activity
- Provision of ISO Accredited Disposal facilities across Australia and Asia Pacific
- 98% diversion from landfill
- Data management including product weights and information and commodity analysis
- Certificate of Destruction
6. Vendor Management & Reporting
- Program KPI & Cost Reporting
- Helpdesk Case Management KPI’s
- Supply Chain Carbon footprint measurement and reporting
- Supplier Performance (Independent measurement)
7. Single Electronic Invoice to Customer for all components of program
- Infoactiv manages invoicing cycle direct from all suppliers and agents for
centralised, electronic account audit / validation and consolidation through to credit management,
cost centre allocation and payments
- Ability to invoice end-user customer direct for part or full payments
- Complete cost allocation and reporting to customer as required (customised)
