Infoactiv offers customers a Multi-Lingual Helpdesk for centralisation, process and cost control, customer program management, real-time exception management, service contingency planning, project implementation and co-ordination. Infoactiv effectively manages customers' own supplier network, including day to day logistics activity, processes and performance, which, combined with our own unlimited resource for international and national logistics requirements, enable us to accommodate customers often complex requirements.

Helpdesk services include:

  • Real-time supply-chain in pipeline tracking, co-ordination, supplier liaison, operational management and overall control of customer activity across AP region.
  • Manage exceptions that occur within the transportation pipeline and proactively resolve issue before it affects the customer
  • Co-ordination of equipment collection for multiple programs (including managing customer needs and expectations): bookings, scheduling, packaging and consignment, site access and customer availability, carrier selection (including contingencies) and rate negotiation, through to final delivery, confirmation or notifications and case closure.
  • Liaison with service provider operations, customer service, senior sales personnel, agents, drivers and administration staff.
  • Direct liaison with customers, end-users, and all other parties, communicating and controlling processes, whilst managing service and program deliverables.
  • Providing after-hours customer service support, advice and liaison.
  • Managing all vendors within the supply-chain to ensure highest level service provision and process integrity.
  • Managing multiple global trade shows and any special events, e.g. e-Waste events, training courses etc
  • 3PL operational management, order fulfillment, despatch software support and process control, discrepancy management & inventory control/audit.
  • Preparation of international and domestic shipment documentation, including carnets, customs invoicing, etc
  • Customer Helpdesk Queue monitoring
