Canberra e-waste Event: Biggest Volume State to date!
Canberra, Australia, 15th & 16th August 2009; The ACT
is the only jurisdiction in Australia to have enacted landfill ban
legislation for all e-waste. Over 500 Tonnes of e-waste items were
collected from only 4 sites in Canberra, making this a new record
for any weekend community e-waste event collection in Australia!
